Chicago, Aug. 23.
      LAUNCH. - The top-sail schooner built at Captain Allen's ship-yard, was launched on Saturday. She is 181 tons burthen, and make a fine appearance on the water. She is called the TRIBUNE, and is owned by Messrs. Foster, Davidson Higginson and Capt. Reed.
