Port Burwell, July 31 - LAUNCH - The finest vessel, and also the largest in carrying capacity ever built at this place, was launched here today. She was built by Mr. L.A. McDermand and was named the TWO FRIENDS. She is full canal size, and for model and strength we venture to say she is not surpassed in Canadian waters. Immediately after the launch she made a short excursion on the lake in tow of the tug COLIN MUNRO.
