LAUNCH AT MILWAUKEE. --- The bark UTICA, a new vessel, was launched at Milwaukee, on the 27th. ult. She was constructed under the superintendance of Mr. Averill, of whose skill the Gazette says, she is a most creditable specimen. She will be sailed by Capt. Charles Hardin.
