VESSEL LAUNCH. - The Cleveland Herald says that, on Wednesday afternoon, Messrs. Peck & Masters launched from their yard a fine barque which they have built for S.V.R. Watson, of Buffalo. The launch took place at a quarter to 5 o'clock, and was successful, the barque gliding gracefully off the stocks and floating in good style. She is 150 feet long, 30 feet 6 inches wide, and 13 feet depth of hold, and 560 tons burden. She will cost, ready for sailing, about $24,000.
