STEAM YACHT MAGGIE L. WILSON.- The new and beautiful steam yacht MAGGIE L. MASON, which was built by Rohert Cooper, aud launced on the 1st of June last, can now be chartered for pleasure parties. It is every way admirably equipped and provided with life preservers, etc., It can accommodate 50 persons hansomely. The master and owner of this yacht is Mr. L. D. Jerome, a courteous and populur gentleman. For purticulars as to terms of charter apply;. to Clapper's Oyster Bay, corner N. D., and Main; Jeromes Hotel 346 Washington street, or to Jr. Curtis Boat House, Black Rock. Also where small boats, Fishing tackle, Bait and reliable oarsmen can be found.

Those in search of pleasant recreation will be pleased to know that the beautiful and seaworthy little yacht MAGGIE L. WILSON is now ready for charter, and can be obtained on reasonable terms. Capt. Jerome has obtained a lease of the Sheenwater grounds "down the river" and is prepared to entertain parties and furnish board. Orders for the yacht may be left at No. 346 Washington St. or at Curtiss's boat house, Lower Black Rock.
