TO BE REBUILT. - The three-masted top-sail vessel, H.C. WINSLOW, at present at Detroit, is to undergo a thorough rebuild. The work is to be done at Jones' ship yard. The WINSLOW is 18 years old, having been built at Black River, Ohio, in 1855. She underwent considerable repairs in 1861.
