LAUNCHES AND MORE VESSELS AT MILAN. -- We learn by the Tribune that two of the four schooner built at Milan the past winter have been launched, viz: The MONSOON, owned by Mr. J. P. Gay, and the PILGRIM, owned by Messrs. Smith & Walker. The other two will be launched soon. Two more are to be put on the stocks so as to be out in the summer or fall.
