NEW VESSEL FOR UPPER LAKES SAILS FROM ENGLAND.
      Toronto, Ont., April 26. - A cablegram from Middlesboro, England, announces the sailing of the new steamer KAMINISTIQUIA for Montreal. The new vessel, which will be the latest addition to the Canadian fleet of the upper lakes, has been built for a Fort William syndicate to be used in their grain trade. She is full Welland canal dimensions and was built at Newcastle-on-Tyne. She has a cargo of pig iron.
