The accident which occurred to the prop. CHICAGO yesterday renders it necessary that the parties interested should at once either cause the sunken wreck of the tug ZOUAVE to be removed from where it now lies and clear of the channel, or a proper buoy be placed there to notify passing steamers and vessels of its exact location. We trust for the safety of all concerned that one or the other measure will be carried out.
