Yesterday afternoon the new iron steamer RUSSIA, built for Charles Ensign, Esq., by Messrs. Gibson and Craig, was launched near the Union Iron Works. Messrs. Gibson and Craig are engaged in finishing off another boat of the same character for Mr. Ensign. It will be called the SCOTIA.
