Late last fall the schr. YORK STATE was wrecked in Georgian Bay. She
was released and taken to Collingwood, where she was thoroughly rebuilt.
Collector Seeberger of Chicago collected $713 duties on the repairs. J.H.
Skeels, owner of the vessel has appealed to the Treasury Dept., asking that
the money be refunded.
