Alpena, Mich., March 26. - The schooner HUNTER SAVIDGE has sailed for Cleveland with ties. This is the first departure of the season and one of the earliest departures on record from this port. There is no ice in Thunder Bay and little is reported in Lake Huron.

      The steamer ARGO passed up at Detroit at 10 o'clock yesterday morning and the schooner HUNTER SAVIDGE arrived from Alpena.
