      The prop. DEAN RICHMOND has received her new steel boilers built by Messrs. Love & Schofield. The RICHMOND will be out in about a week and the captain says he will tackle either the TIOGA or JEWETT for a race. The staterooms have all been refurnished by James A. Davidson, the carpet dealer of this city.
