McDougall's dream 104 will be launched at Duluth today. The keel for the 106, the first McDougall steamer, will be laid as soon as the 104 is launched.

The cigar-shaped barge 104 was launched Thursday at Buffalo. She has a capacity of 2,400 tons of ore.
