CHICAGO ITEMS. - The schooners CULCUTTA, TWIN SISTERS, MINNESOTA, and brig CITY OF ERIE are being caulked; schooners JEFFERSON, H.B. STEELE, ADAMS and WESTCHESTER are undergoing repairs; bark ONEONTA is receiving new masts and jib-boom; and the schooner E.M. PECK is receiving a new mast.
