The steel lighter MUTUAL, being built by the Mutual Transit Co., will be launched today at the yards of the Empire Shipbuilding Co., foot of Genesee St. She will be taken to Duluth as soon as possible.

The new steel lighter MUTUAL was launched yesterday afternoon from the dock of the Empire Shipbuilding Co., at the foot of Genesee St. The boat was christened by Miss Margaret Gregory, daughter of William B. Gregory, manager of the Mutual Elevator Co.

      The new steel lighter MUTUAL, built for the Mutual Transit Company, was launched at the yards of the Empire Shipbuilding Company at the foot of Genesee Street yesterday afternoon. The dimensions of the new lighter are 110 x 30. As soon as her upper works are completed she will be sent to Duluth to be used in transferring package freight.
