The MISSOURI.-- This splendid vessel--with her richly attired cabins, state rooms, and saloons, which, for richness and beauty have few equals on the lake--left last evening , for Buffalo, with over 2,000 barrels of flour. Capt. Wilkins is a veteran of "salt," and stands in the front rank of excellant commanders. His subordinate officers are equally skilled in the science of navigation and steam, and together constitute a noble crew, having in charge a noble vessel. to-day. She has been overhauled , and if possible, made.
