Messrs. S. Stone, S.T. Kingston and W.H. Hathaway, of Oswego, have purchased of John Oades, of Detroit, the schr. W.H. OADES, for which they pay $16,000. Mr. Stone takes 1/2, and the others 1/4 each of the vessel. The OADES is a new schooner of about 14,000 bu. capacity, and is laid up at Clayton.
