One week from next Monday "C" Company, 74th Regiment, will give an excursion to Sheenwater for a target practice. The excursion barge ONONDAGA has been secured for the occassion, and every effort made to provide for the pleasure and comfort of those who attend. Dancing on the boat and at the groves, games, &c. will be the order of the day, and a grand time is anticipated.

On Wednesday next, the Sunday School of Grace M.E. Church, will have their annual picnic, going on the barge ONONDAGA to Sheenwater, leaving the foot of Amherst St., Lower Balck Rock, at 9:00 in the morning and 2:00 in the afternoon. The Mission School at North Buffalo will also participate in the picnic.
