Launch at Detroit. - On Saturday a tug for lake and river service was launched by the Dry Dock Co. She is 138 ft. keel; exteme length 137 (sic) ft.; and 25 ft. 2 inches beam. She can carry fuel for 25 working days. Her complete cost will be about $40,000.
