      At a meeting of the Duluth Lake Transportation Co., held recently, the Company fully organized with a capital stock of $100,000 which 50% is already paid in and a transfer was made to the company of the prop. MANISTEE and stm. METROPOLIS. William R. Stone, was elected President; J.B. Culver, Treasurer and Secretary, and John Gordon, manager. The directors are W.R. Stone, J.B. Culver, George C. Stone, George G. Barnum and W.W. Hungerford.
