      Ballentine's & Co.'s new double decked propeller, the CAHS. J. KERSHAW, was successully launched Saturday. She is said to be a magnificent craft. Length of keel, 215 ft.; overall, 235 ft.; beam 37 ft.; depth of decks, 12 ft. 7 1/2 inches. She carries 3 masts and rates A1. Her cost was $60,000, and her capacity is 55,000 bu. of grain. She is intended dor the iron ore and grain trade. Mr. Madden will be her captain.
