The SAMUEL L. WATSON is the name of a new schooner built in this city by J.N. Jones for S.L. Watson of Buffalo, and John Coulter, of Milan, Ohio. She took on a load of staves at the Michigan Central dock yesterday for Buffalo. The following are her dimensions: Keel, 177 ft.; length over all, 185 ft.; beam, 31 ft. 6 inches; hold 13ft. 6 inches. She is 606 tons burthen, costs $40,000, and is sailed by Capt. Coulter. Her outfit is of the most modern style, her cabins are handsome and roomy, and her general appearance is very fine.
