STEAM-BOAT LAUNCH. -- The steamboat MILWAUKEE, will be launched from Houghlitaling's shipyard, at Whitehaven. Grand Island, on Tuesday next The steamboat CONSTELLATION will leave this city in the morning of that day, on a pleasure excursion, as far as Whitehaven. when all who wish to witness the launch, can have an opportunity of doing so, besides enjoying a pleasant sail. -- Journal.
