Propeller NEW YORK - This propeller, of the New York, Oswego and Chicago line, arrived here yesterday, in 10 1/2 days from Oswego, with a full freight and about 40 emigrants. Three days were consumed in passing the Welland Canal. Seven and a half days from Oswego is a very fair running time. - Chicago Express.
