A new steamer, the SOO CITY, arrived in Chicago Thursday and immediately took her place on the Northern Michigan Line, between Chicago, the Straits of Mackinac, and Grand Traverse Bay. She was built at West Bay City by Wheeler, rates A 1*, and is valued at $75,000.
