ANOTHER LAUNCH. -- Since the launch of the GENESEE CHIEF, another steamboat of the same size has sprung into existence--and is to be launched on Saturday. It is designed, as we are informed, for the Toledo trade, and is owned by Alexander Kelsey & Co. She is called the ONTARIO ( a very appropriate name ) and will be another representation of the taste, enterprise and skill of Mr. George Steers, the principle builder. -- Rochester American, 15th.
