The propeller PHILIP MINCH was launched Saturday at the Cleveland yard of the American Shipbuilding Company. The boat is being built for the Kinsman Transit Company and was christened by the manager's daughter, Miss Gertrude Steinbrenner, in honor of the late Philip Minch.
