STEAMER ST, LOUIS GOES INTO DRY DOCK HERE.
Tonawanda, April 24. - The steamer St. LOUIS, formerly operated as a steamer by its owner, the International Paper Company of Niagara Falls, was towed to Buffalo yesterday to go into dry dock for repairs to its hull. The St. LOUIS is being rebuilt into a tow barge.
