STEAMER BADGER STATE SOLD.
The steamer BADGER STATE, built in Buffalo in 1862, has been purchased by the Reeves & McBean Lumber Company of Detroit. For the past two years the boat has been a lumber carrier and previous to that time had been fitted up as a floating poolroom, operating near Detroit, but the scheme proved unsuccessful. Capt. George Recor of Detroit will be in command.
