Drake & Maytham of Buffalo, who libeled six grain cargoes last fall on demurrage claims, have received the amount of their claims on the GERMANIC and PHILIP MINCH from the shippers, Hancock & Co. of Philadelphia, without beginning suit. They expect settlement on the others also.
