HORSE BOAT. - While noticing the ARGO we must not forget the enterprise of our indefatigable little French Ferry Master, Pierre St.Amour, the skillful and dauntless Pilot of the ice. He has just completed at great cost; a large and substantial scow or flat bottomed boat; to be propelled by horses. We are not imformed of her dimensions; but from her appearance she must be capable of carrying several teams at the same time. We sincerely hope that his exertions to accommodate the public may meet with a liberal remuneration
