The O. B. GREEN is still imprisoned in the ice off Chicago. She has on board a month's provisions and five tons of coal. After May her name is to be changed to COMMODORE.

Chicago Tribune. -- Wednesday the name and papers of the old tug O. B. GREEN were changed. She will hereafter be known as the COMMODORE. Mr. Green's new tug is to bear the name of O. B. GREEN. Hence the change, which was arranged by mutual consent.
