The first vessel owner to take advantage of the new act for the changing of a vessel's name, is Captain H. D. Blanchard, who has had the schooner T. U. BRADBURY changed to FLORENCE M. DICKINSON. The name of the GRACE McMILLAN has not yet been changed, although it soon will be.

NOTE: The T. U. BRADBURY was listed as a propeller in 1877, but according to the above, it became a sail vessel under that name, by 1881. The steamer GRACE McMILLAN became IDLEWILD
