The first vessel owner to take advantage of the new act for the changing of a vessel's name, is Captain H. D. Blanchard, who has had the schooner T. U. BRADBURY changed to FLORENCE M. DICKINSON. The name of the GRACE McMILLAN has not yet been changed, although it soon will be.
