The new steel steamer VIKING will be launched at two o'clock this afternoon from the Union Shipyard. Her owner is F. W. Gilchrist of Alpena, and she is said to be the finest craft afloat. Capt. Frank Richardson, formerly of the F. C. HALL, will be in command
