MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS. -- The propeller ST. LOUIS is to be rebuilt immediately, and has been laid up at Buffalo for that purpose. She is to receive new decks, arches, and cabins, and is to be completely rebuilt from the water's edge up, so that she will, in the spring, be substantially a new boat. She is to be fitted up for the Lake Superior trade. In the meantime the propeller ATLANTIC will fill the vacancy.
