Full Text: A STEAMER LAUNCHED AT BAY CITY. -- A special dispatch to the Free Press, dated Bay City, April 15th. says: The new side-wheel steamer E. T. CARRINGTON, built for the Rifle River Boom Company, was launched at Ballentine & Co.'s shipyard today. She is eighty feet long, seventeen feet beam, five hold, cost $5,000, and has the machinery of the old MARY REID.
