      Marine - Great activity is to be seen in the vicinity of Lock No. 3 and the dry dock. The propellers EUROPE, DOMINION, SOCTIA and LINCOLN have nearly completed their repairs and fitting up, and a number of sailing vessels are ready to start out fresh and fair for the coming season.
