NEW VESSEL. -- A substantially constructed new vessel, named the CECILIA made our harbor yesterday, on her maiden trip. She was built this summer, at Whitehall, Mich., and is the property of James Larson & Co., of Chicago. The following figures show her dimensions: Length, keel, 116 feet; depth of hold, 8 feet; beam, 25 feet 8 inches. Her cargo consists of lumber. She will be measured by the Custom House people in a few days.
