SCHOONER FOR SALE - Default having been made in the condition of a mortgage of three-fourths of the schooner HUDSON and her appurtenances, executed by Alanson Penfield to the President, Directors, and Company of the Bank of Cleveland, for the sum of three thousand six hundred and seventy-five dollars and sixty-eight cents, which said mortgage bears date the 9th day of April 1858.
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a power contained in said mortgage, the said President, Directors, and Company of the Bank of Cleveland, will cause to be sold at the auction room of Orlando Cutter in the city of Cleveland, in the county of Cuyahoga and the State of Ohio, between the hours of 9 o'clock A.M. and 5 o'clock P.M., on the 1st day of October next, the aforesaid three-fourths of the said schooner and her apputtenances.
