- STEAM ENGINE Of 100 Horse Power for sale on Lake Erie.
Notice is hereby given that sealed Tenders will be received until Wednesday the First day of June next, at noon, from such persons as may be willing to purchase the Steam Engine, Boilers, and Machinery, now on board Her Majesty's Steam Ship TORONTO, at Grand River, Lake Erie.
The Tenders are to be addressed to Mr. Marks, Naval Yard, Kingston; the price Offered is to be stated in words at length, Halifax Currency, with the names of two Sureties for the payment of the money. The engine is of 100 Horse Power, (Cylinder 48 inches diameter, and 8 feet stroke) of superior manufacture, and in good condition, with Boilers and Machinery complete, and may be seen on application to the Officer in charge, on board the TORONTO, at Grand River, where further particulars may be learned, as also at the Navy Yard, Kingston
