The new steam barge MARSHALL F. BUTTERS was launched at Milwaukee on Saturday. She is 174 feet long, 30 feet beam, 10 feet hold; engine 25 x 40 inches. She is owned by Butters, Peters, & Co., of Ludington, will carry 400,000 feet of lumber, and xost $40,000.
