NEW CRAFT IN PORT
The new steambarge A.J. WRIGHT is in port, with the new barges H. MILLS and W.A. Sherman, all lumber loaded, from Alpena. The WRIGHT measures 258 tons, was built by Mills & Co., at Buffalo, is owned by L.B. Fortier, of Buffalo, is valued at $25,000, and rates A 1. Her machinery is all new. The MILLS measures 509 tons and, like the W.A. SHERMAN, is a good substantial craft. The whole tow belongs to Captain Fortier. Both the barges rate A 1.
