FOR SALE, OR TO RENT for a term of years, that well known establishment situated near the West Pier, in the flourishing city Oswego. The Railway has abundant capacity for the hauling out of Steamers and sail craft, and there is also, a smaller Railway for hauling out Canal Boats - extensive ship yards and work shops, for the building of Steamers, Vessels and Boats, and a Steam Saw Mill connected with the premises, for the sawing of ship timber, - together, forming the most desirable and extensive establishment on the Western Lakes for the building and repairing of Vessels, Steamers, and Canal Boats. The amount of tonnage trading out of the port of Oswego, is over 60,000 tons, and the receipts of the above establishment for hauling out and repairing vessels for the past years are estimated at over $15,000 per year, and the business is constantly increasing.
