The CHERUB arrived on Tuesday in our harbour. She mounts two Armstrong guns and has a ships crew of forty six men. The vessel is 130 feet in length and 25 feet beam; 270 tons burthen. A large number of our townsmen visited the vessel who were very politely received by the officers and crew. She leaves today for her headquarters at Goderich, calling at Saugeen and Kincardine.
