MARINE INTELLIGENCE -- The new brig SAGINAW lately launched at Buffalo, built by Capt. Jones, is of 280 tons, owned by Capt. Samuel T. Atwater of Buffalo and commanded by Capt. Anderson, formerly of the brig ELLEN PARKER.
