Toronto, Sept. 20. -- The new steamer TODOUSAC, built for the St. Lawrence & Chicago Steam Navagation Co., will go into commission September 23. With her sister ship IROQUOIS she is the largest boat on the lakes able to pass the St. Lawrence canals with a full cargo. She will carry ore and grain between Chicago, Duluth and Montreal.
