NEW VESSEL:-- We notice a very fine new schooner from Sheboygan, named the CHARLOTTE, made her first appearance in port yesterday. She is a beautiful specimen of naval architecture, built in the strongest manner, and with all the modern improvements. Her dimensions are, 89 feet keel, 23 feet beam, 8 1/2 feet hold, and measures 168 tons. She has capacity for 100,000 feet of lumber. The CHARLOTTE is owned by John S.
