The MAJOR ANDERSON righted - The tug WINSLOW returned yesterday morning from Middle Island, Lake Huron, where she has been with steam pumps to raise the barque MAJOR ANDERSON, sunk there with a cargo of lumber. On pumping the vessel out, and getting across to her center board box, the leak was discovered in one of the seams of the box, which, when properly closed, the vessel was enabled to proceed on her voyage to Chicago without further delay or damage.
