Steamer PASSPORT, cargo merchandise, struck on a rock in Kingston Harbor, filled and pumped out.

We learn from a telegram received by the Board of Lake Underwriters, from Kingston, this morning, that the stm. PASSPORT, laden with merchandise, is sunk at Kingston Railroad landing. The promenade deck is 1 ft. out of the water.
